PostVox プラグインをMovable Type 5ベータへ対応

MTからVoxへクロスポストするためのPostVoxプラグインをMT5ベータに対応させました。
Technology on Information: フィールド追加系プラグインにおけるベストプラクティスの記事を参考にさせていただきました。
MT4.25からは違う方法も使えるようになりました。template_paramへコールバックを仕掛けるところまでは前述の方法と一緒なのですが、テンプレートの中で入力欄を並べるために「field_loop」という変数が追加されたので、これに手を入れることで入力欄を追加することができるようになっています。
MT::App::CMS::template_param.edit_entryコールバックから呼ばれるパラメータ変数field_loopという変数を使うようです。
上記記事にもありますが、「field_loop」を使うことで、編集画面の表示オプションにも追加したフィールドが表示され並び替えなどができるようです。
